These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the j0y9 platform, including all gaming, betting, and financial services provided therein. This Agreement is a legally binding document between you (the "User") and j0y9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the j0y9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access the platform.

j0y9 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To create an account and use j0y9 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from j0y9.
• You must be registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on j0y9. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether performed by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge.
• j0y9 may require identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including a valid National ID or passport, before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that are found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

j0y9 supports fast and secure local payment methods for Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• All funds must be deposited and withdrawn using the same payment method and same account holder name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• j0y9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

j0y9 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. In such cases, relevant documentation may be requested from the user.

j0y9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• A wagering requirement (rollover) must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time. Attempting to combine bonuses without explicit permission is prohibited.
• j0y9 reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice in the case of technical error, abuse, or violation of these terms.

j0y9 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any activity that manipulates game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such instance must be reported to j0y9 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems through the j0y9 platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and referral to appropriate authorities. j0y9 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies where legally required.

j0y9 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. j0y9 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. All content on the j0y9 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of j0y9 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of any j0y9 content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j0y9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

j0y9's maximum aggregate liability to any user for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether j0y9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j0y9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or exploitation.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any criminal conduct associated with the account.

j0y9 may update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you continue to use the j0y9 platform after changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the general principles of applicable law. j0y9 encourages users to resolve disputes amicably by contacting our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration. By using the j0y9 platform, you waive the right to participate in any class-action proceeding.
